The selected provider normally contracts with and invoices you directly. Any K.A. sourcing, referral or coordination fee, and who pays it, is agreed in writing before proceeding. An enquiry does not confirm a booking.

We start with your requirement and confirm suitable provider options. The written proposal explains who supplies the service, who you contract with, and how payment works. Any K.A. sourcing or coordination fee is agreed in advance.
A preferred date is a request until availability and arrangements are confirmed. Your private request link shows updates and any proposal. Keep the link safe.

Can you coordinate more than one service?
Yes. A brief can cover several requirements, such as cleaning, repairs and furniture. Provider availability, responsibilities and each part of the scope must be agreed.
Do you employ the tradespeople?
Our initial model is provider sourcing and coordination. The appointed provider normally contracts with you directly and carries out the work.
Can you help outside Bedfordshire?
We welcome enquiries across the UK and consider European requirements according to location and provider capability. Coverage is confirmed for each job.
How are costs agreed?
Provider costs and any K.A. sourcing, referral or coordination fee are explained and agreed in writing before proceeding.
